SPICY PEANUT SAUCE

1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup warm water (or as needed)
1 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
3 to 4 scallions, chopped

Combine ingredients, adding water as needed for desired consistency.
