JAMAICAN COLE SLAW4 cups shredded cabbage
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp dry jerk seasoning
Combine the cabbage, carrots and nuts in a large bowl; set aside.
Mix together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, and seasoning. Spoon over cabbage mixture and toss well.
Cover and chill before serving.
Makes 8 servings
